NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

This notice is addressed to former and current employees of Dalkia PLC and the employers listed above. The Dalkia Group Money Purchase Scheme (formerly The Energy and Technical Services Group Money Purchase Scheme) (“the Scheme”) is being wound up with effect from 31 December 2003. If you were or are an employee of the above Companies, and a member of the Scheme, and think you are still entitled to benefits under the Scheme but have not been notified of your benefits, or you are a widow, widower, child or dependant of such an employee, please contact the Trustees of the Dalkia Group Money Purchase Scheme (formerly The Energy And Technical Services Group Money Purchase Scheme) c/o Laura Cocoracchio, at Mercer Human Resource Consulting Limited, 5 Bedford Park, Croydon CR0 2AQ. You should include details of your current address and any benefits you think you are entitled to and write not later than 19 September 2004. It is the Trustees’ intention to distribute the assets of the Scheme to provide benefits for its members, beneficiaries and pensioners as soon as possible. If the Trustees are not aware of your entitlement under the Scheme before 19 September 2004 they will not be liable to pay benefits to you.
