NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT FOR THE PURPOSES OF SECTION 88

Notice is given, as required by Schedule 10 of the Water Resources Act 1991, that the following application has been made to the Environment Agency, South West Region. Fort Picklecombe Management Company Ltd has applied for consent to discharge swimming pool filter backwash water from a swimming pool at Fort Picklecombe, Maker, Torpoint, Cornwall. The discharge is already in existence.
