NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF SECTION 88

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Schedule 10 to the Water Resources Act 1991 that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by Mr M J Manning, for consent to discharge 0.72 cubic metres per day of sewage effluent to a tributary of Tywi at National Grid Ref SN 4754 2016 from The Old Chapel, Capel Dewi, Carmarthen SA32 8AD. Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to Environment Agency Wales, Maes Newydd, Llandarcy, Neath Port Talbot SA10 6JQ, not later than 6 weeks from today quoting Ref BP0326001. A copy of the application may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at Environment Agency Wales, Maes Newydd, Llandarcy, Neath Port Talbot SA10 6JQ. M J Manning
