THE CITY OF WESTMINSTER (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (AMENDMENT NO.  ) ORDER 200

1. Notice is hereby given that the Westminster City Council propose to make the above-mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985. 2. The general effect of the Order would be to further amend the City of Westminster (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (No 1) Order 2002, so that in the lengths of street specified in the Schedule to this notice, the hours during which the existing prohibition applies on: (a) waiting by vehicles (otherwise than for the purpose of delivering or collecting goods or loading or unloading a vehicle) would be changed so that it would apply at any time; (b) waiting by vehicles for more than 20 minutes in the same place for the purpose of delivering or collecting goods or loading or unloading a vehicle would be changed so that it would apply between 11.00 am and 6.30 pm throughout the week. 3. The Order, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order are available for inspection between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm on Monday to Fridays inclusive at Mouchel Parkman, Third Floor, Mountbarrow House, 6-20 Elizabeth Street, London SW1W 9RB, until 6 weeks have elapsed from the date on which either the Order is made or the Council decides not to make the Order. 4. Further information may be obtained by telephoning the Customer Services Department, telephone number 020 7641 1956. 5. Any objections or other representations about the proposed Order should be sent in writing to the Council’s agents, Mouchel Parkman, Third Floor, Mountbarrow House, 6-20 Elizabeth Street, London SW1W 9RB, quoting Ref 618961/WES1504/ORD/3075/DH until the expiration of a period of 21 days from the date on which this notice is published.
