THE CITY OF WESTMINSTER (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (AMENDMENT NO 113) ORDER 2004
BOSTON PLACE, GREAT CENTRAL STREET & MELCOMBE PLACE

1. Notice is hereby given that Westminster City Council, on 19 May 2004, made the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985. 2. The general effect of the Orders will be to: (a) replace a residents’ parking space on the north-east side of Great Central Street with double yellow line “at any time” waiting restrictions and relocate the parking space to the south-west side; (b) replace the existing residents’ parking space on the south-west side of Boston Place with double yellow line waiting restrictions and relocate the parking space approximately 5 metres northward; (c) relocate a residents’ parking space from Melcombe Place to Boston Place; (d) introduce double yellow line waiting restrictions on the south-east side of Melcombe Place, at its junction with Harewood Avenue (for approximately 4 metres). 3. The Orders, which will come into force on 24 May 2004, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders are available for inspection between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive at Mouchel Parkman, Third Floor, Mountbarrow House, 6-20 Elizabeth Street, London SW1W 9RB, until 30 June 2004. 4. Any person desiring to question the validity of either of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Orders, may make application for the purpose to the High Court by 30 June 2004.
