THE BROMLEY (FREE PARKING PLACES) (DISABLED PERSONS) ORDER 2003 (AMENDMENT NO 4) ORDER 2004
VARIOUS LOCATIONS

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Bromley on 20 April 2004, made the above-mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and the Road Traffic Act 1991, which will come into operation on 26 April 2004.
The effect of the Order will be:

(a) introduce new disabled parking bays as specified in the Schedule to this notice;
(b) remove the disabled parking bays as specified in the Schedule to this notice.

A copy of the Order may be inspected, during normal offices hours, on Mondays to Fridays at the Bromley Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley, Kent, until the expiration of a period of 5 weeks from the date of making the Order.
Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any of their provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act or that any requirement of any such enabling Act or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with, may within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
