ST JOSEPH’S DRIVE AND SOUTH ROAD, SOUTHALL
THE EALING (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (SPECIAL PARKING AREA) (AMENDMENT NO 211) ORDER 2004
1. Notice is hereby given that the London Borough of Ealing Council on 15 April 2004 made the above-mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Local Government Act 1985. 2. The general effect of the Order would be: (a) to increase the 8.00 am to 12.00 midnight waiting restrictions in South Road, Southall,on its north-west side, between a point 4 metres north of the northern kerbline of St Joseph’s Drive and a point 14.50 metres south of the southern kerbline of St Joseph’s Drive to apply at any time; (b) to introduce loading restrictions applying at any time in the same length of South Road, Southall specified in sub-paragraph 2(a) above; and (c) to introduce loading restrictions applying at any time in St Joseph’s Drive, Southall, on both sides, between the north-western kerbline of South Road and a point opposite the south-eastern boundary of No 2 St Joseph’s Drive. 3. The Order, which will come into force on 19 April 2004 and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order are available for inspection between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive at Mouchel Parkman, 22-24 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, London W5 2BP until 27 May 2004. 4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order may make application for the purpose to the High Court by 27 May 2004.
