(formerly Salaam Bombay Limited) At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at the offices of Unique Business Finance Ltd, Rotterdam House, 116 Quayside, Newcastle Upon Tyne NE1 3DY, on 24 March 2004, the following Extraordinary Resolution was duly passed: “That it has proved to the satisfaction of this Meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and, accordingly, that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Mark Prideaux of Unique Business Finance Ltd, Unit 6, Lockside Office Park, Lockside Road, Preston, PR2 2YS, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.” A Goddard
