A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Spot On Research Ltd, Registered No 03568556, formerly of Brighton House, 23-25 High Street, Ewell, Surrey KTI7 1SD (registered address), presented on 12 March 2004 by Mrs J Connor, 7 Sandringham Road, Worcester Park, Surrey KT4 8XW, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Croydon County Court, at Law Courts, Altyre Road, Croydon, Surrey CR9 5AB, on 27 April 2004, at 10.00 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or her Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 26 April 2004.
