NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT FOR THE PURPOSES OF SECTION 88

Notice is given, as required by Schedule 10 of the Water Resources Act 1991, that the following application has been made to the Environment Agency, South West Region. Podbury & Sons has applied for Consent to Discharge from Willow View Residential Park at Straightway Head, Whimple, Exeter, Devon. The discharge will be biologically treated sewage effluent made to a ditch/watercourse from a proprietary package sewage treatment plant. The current discharge that is approximately half the proposed volume and made from an old septic tank system will cease.
