Notice is hereby given that an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders of the above-named Company, will be held at Lytton Street, Stoke-on-Trent, on 5 March 2004, at 10.00 am, for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, passing the following Resolutions as an Extraordinary Resolution: “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this Meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that A Poxon, of DTE Leonard Curtis, 24 Wellington Street, St Johns, Blackburn BB1 8AF, be appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.” General and special forms of proxy are available. Proxies to be used at the Meeting must be lodged at the registered office of this Company, situated at the offices of DTE Leonard Curtis, 24 Wellington Street, St Johns BB1 8AF, to enable you to vote. A Member entitled to vote at the Meeting is entitled to appoint another person or persons as his proxy to attend and vote instead of him and a proxy need not also be a Member of the Company.
