Notice is hereby given that M C Bowker, of Jacksons Jolliffe Cork, Lowgate House, Lowgate, Hull HU1 1EL was appointed Liquidator of the above Company on 3 February 2004. Creditors are required to send their names and addresses and particulars of their claims to the Liquidator on or before 12 March 2004. If so required, by notice in writing from the Liquidator, personally or by their Solicitor, Creditors must come in and prove their debts at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice. In accordance with Rule 4.182A(5) of the Insolvency Rules 1986, if Creditors default in providing such proof, they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
