Notice is hereby given that we intend to declare a Dividend to unsecured Creditors herein within a period of 4 months from the last date of proving. Creditors who have not yet proved their debts must do so by 27 February 2004, otherwise they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their debt is proved. Creditors should be aware that under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, interest on commercial debts may be included in any Bankruptcy claim up to the date of the Bankruptcy Order, any interest calculated should be detailed and copy invoices should be provided.
