1. In this notice the following shall apply: Company Name:  WARNESS DEVELOPMENT COMPANY LIMITED Company Number: 00661363 Title: Freehold Title Number: SK12133 Property: The property situated at Unicorn Place, Eastgate Street, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk except and reserving the part delineated and coloured red on a plan being part of the land comprised in the above-mentioned Title. For the avoidance of doubt the part coloured red is not hereby disclaimed.
