THE HILLINGDON (PRESCRIBED ROUTES) (NO 6) TRAFFIC ORDER 2003

BLYTH ROAD, HAYES

Hillingdon Council gives notice that on 6 November 2003 it made these Orders which will: (a) remove the existing width restriction located in Blyth Road, Hayes, east of its junction with Trevor Road; (b) extend the existing one way movement in Blyth Road, to its junction with Trevor Road, to include the section of road in which the width restriction was located; (c) to remove some sections of waiting restrictions and extend others on the length of roads as set out in the Schedule to this notice. Copies of the Orders which will come into operation on 13 November 2003 can be seen at Hayes Library and at Level 3 Reception, Civic Centre, Uxbridge during normal office hours, for six weeks following the date on which this notice is published. Copies of the Orders can be obtained from Environmental Services, telephone 01895 277014. Applications to the High Court challenging the legality of the Orders should be made within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made. R Willis, Corporate Director, Environmental Services Schedule Restrictions to be removed At Anytime The north-east and north-west sides: 1. between a point 25.9 metres south-west of a point opposite the south-western wall of No 2 Blyth Road and a point 12.7 metres north of the northern kerbline of the east to west arm of Blyth Road; 2. between a point 0.8 metres west of the common boundary of Nos 1 and 3 Blyth Road and a point opposite the common boundary of Nos 3 and 5 Blyth Road; Waiting between 8.00 am and 6.30 pm Monday to Saturday The north-east and north-west sides: 1. between a point opposite the common boundary of Nos 53 and 55 Blyth Road and a point 1.5 metres east of the common boundary of Nos 57 and 59 Blyth Road; 2. between the eastern kerbline of Trevor Road and a point 42 metres eastwards. Restrictions to be added Waiting prohibited Monday to Saturday 8.00 am to 6.30 pm (a) the north and north-east side: (i) between a point 70 metres east of eastern kerbline of Trevor Road and a point 84.5 metres east of said kerbline; (ii) between a point 3.8 metres eastwards of the common boundary of nos 101 and 101 a Blyth Road and a point 66.3 metres north westwards. (b) the south side: (i) between a point 77.7 metres east of eastern kerbline of Trevor Road and a point 84.5 metres east of said kerbline (ii) between a point 54.86 metres north-west of the common boundary of Nos 101 and 101 a and a point 62.5 metres north west of said boundary. (iii) between a point in line with the common boundary of Nos 101 and 101 a Blyth Road and a point 3.8 metres eastwards. 12 November 2003.
