NOTICE OF DEPOSIT OF PROPOSALS FOR A UNITARY DEVELOPMENT PLAN
FLINTSHIRE UNITARY DEVELOPMENT PLAN

Flintshire County Council has prepared proposals for the above plan. If, and when, these plan proposals are adopted they will form the development plan for Flintshire. The development plan forms the basis for decisions on land use planning affecting that area. Copies of the proposals (including the Council’s Statement of Pre-Deposit Publicity and Consultation) are available for public inspection, free of charge, during normal hours of operation at: Main Reception & Planning Reception, County Hall, Mold Council Offices, Chapel Street, Flint Counci Libraries, mobile libraries and Mobile Office The Plan will also be available for inspection on the Council’s website: www.flintshire.gov.uk/udp Objections to, and representations in respect of, the proposals should be sent in writing to: Director of Transportation, Planning and the Environment, Flintshire County Council, County Hall, Mold, Flintshire CH7 6NF, before 5.00 pm on Monday 10 November 2003. Objections and representations should specify the matters to which they relate and the grounds on which they are made. They may also be accompanied by a request to be notified at a specified address of the withdrawal, adoption, approval or rejection of the proposals. Only objectors whose objections are made in writing and arrive at the address specified above within the 6 week period ending on Monday 10 November 2003, will have a right to have their objections considered at a local inquiry or other hearing.
