Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 4 August 2003, and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 11 August 2003, I, LETITIA ANNE VERITY HURRELL, of 390 Hurst Road, Bexley, Kent DA5 3JY, formerly known as Letitia Anne Verity Starling, Divorced, a British citizen by virtue of section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the surname of Starling and assumed the surname of Hurrell. 4 August 2003.
