Notice is hereby given that the Final Meetings of the Members and Creditors of Mulltone Limited, will be held at South Suffolk Business Centre, Alexandra Road, Sudbury, Suffolk CO10 2ZX, on Wednesday 10 September 2003, at 12.30 pm and 12.45 pm respectively for the purpose of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to vote may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member or Creditor. Proxy forms must be returned to the offices of Ian Bull & Co at South Suffolk Business Centre, Alexandra Road, Sudbury, Suffolk CO10 2ZX, by not later than 12.00 noon on 9 September 2003.
