WATER RESOURCES ACT 1991: SCHEDULE 10 (AS AMENDED BY THE ENVIRONMENT ACT 1995)

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT FOR THE PURPOSES OF SECTION 88

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Schedule 10 of the Water Resources Act 1991 (as amended by the Environment Act 1995) that four applications have been made to the Environment Agency by Northumbrian Water Ltd, Head Office, Abbey Road, Pity Me, Durham DH1 5FJ, for consents to modify existing discharges under the AMP3 improvement scheme as detailed in the following table.

Any person who wishes to make representations or objections with respect to any of these applications should do so in writing to the Environment Agency, Coverdale House, Aviator Court, Clifton Moor, York YO30 4GZ, for the attention of Mr N Madden, quoting the relevant reference no, not later than 12 September 2003.
Copies of these applications may be inspected, free of charge, at the local Environment Agency offices at Swan House, Merchants Wharfe, Westpoint Road, Thornaby, Cleveland TS17 6PB and Coverdale House, Aviator Court, Clifton Moor, York YO30 4GZ, on weekdays between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm up to 12 September 2003.
