LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, on 1 July 2003, Sun Life Assurance Society Plc and Axa Sun Life Plc each transferred to each of Sun Life Pensions Management Limited and Sun Life Unit Assurance Limited respectively 20% of the interest held by them in The Gobafoss General Partnership (the “Partnership”), a Limited Partnership registered in England with number LP 8147 and that with effect from 1 July 2003 both Sun Life Pensions Management Limited and Sun Life Unit Assurance Limited became Limited Partners in the Partnership.
