STOPPING-UP OF HIGHWAY AT MERIDIAN BUSINESS PARK ACCESS ROAD, UN-NAMED HIGHWAY, LAYBY ADJACENT TO A363 WESTBURY ROAD, AND FOOTPATH 8, ALL AT THE FORMER POUND FARM (NOW MERIDIAN BUSINESS PARK), NORTH BRADLEY, TROWBRIDGE, WILTSHIRE
The Secretary of State for Transport hereby gives notice that he has made an Order under section 247 of the above Act entitled “The Stopping-Up of Highways (County of Wiltshire) (No SW3) Order 2003” authorising the stopping-up of highway at Meridian Business Park Access Road, un-named highway, layby adjacent to A363 Westbury Road, and Footpath 8, all at the former Pound Farm (now Meridian Business Park) North Bradley, in the County of Wiltshire, to enable the development described in the Schedule to this notice to be carried out in accordance with the planning permission referred to in that Schedule. Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, on application to the Government Office for the South West, Local Planning Team, 1st Floor, 2 Rivergate, Temple Quay, Bristol BS1 6ED, (quoting Ref SW/THM/8247/165) and may be inspected at all reasonable hours at the offices of West Wiltshire District Council, Bradley Road, Trowbridge. Any person aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity thereof, or of any provision contained therein, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement of that Act or of any regulation made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within 6 weeks of 11 July 2003 apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision contained therein.
