At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, convened, and held at Carbrook, Corridge, Berkshire, on 25 June 2003, at 1.00 pm, the following Special Resolution was passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Roy Welsby of Grant Thornton, 1 Westminster Way, Oxford OX2 0PZ, be appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up.” M J Talbot, Chairman
