In the High Court of Justice  No 8491 of 1999 JAMES DUNCAN Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 331 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final General Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Debtor has been summoned by the Trustee for the purpose of receiving the Trustee’s report of his administration, and determining the Trustee’s release.
