At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company duly convened, and held on 9 May 2003, the following Special Resolution was duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Laurence Russell of Albert Goodman, Mary Street House, Mary Street, Taunton, Somerset TA1 3NW, be appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up.” P A W Raine
