THE LONDON BOROUGH OF HOUNSLOW (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (AMENDMENT NO 145) ORDER 2003
CLAYPONDS AVENUE, BRENTFORD AND ADJACENT SIDE ROADS

1. Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Hounslow on 5 May 2003 made the above-mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Road Traffic Act 1991. 2. The general effect of the Waiting and Loading Amendment Order will be further to amend the Hounslow (Waiting and Loading Restriction) Order 1977 so that waiting by vehicles will be prohibited between 8.00 am and 6.30 pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive in the streets and parts of streets described in the Schedule to this notice. 3. A copy of the Order, which comes into operation on 12 May 2003, together with a copy of the above-mentioned Order of 1977 (and of the Orders that have amended that Order) and of a map which indicates the lengths of road to which the Orders relate can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the expiration of a period of 6 weeks from the date on which this notice is published in the Street Management and Public Protection Reception Area at the Civic Centre, Lampton Road, Hounslow TW3 4DN. 4. Copies of the Order may be purchased from the Street Management and Public Protection Department, London Borough of Hounslow, Civic Centre, Lampton Road, Hounslow TW3 4DN. 5. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985, or that any of the relevant regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court. Brentwick Gardens, Brentford the south-west side, between its junction with Carville Crescent and a point 6 metres north-west of the common boundary of Nos 50 and 52 Clayponds Avenue. Carville Crescent, Brentford: (a) the north-west side, between the north-eastern kerbline of Clayponds Avenue and a point 20 metres south-west of the common boundary of Nos 170 and 174 Carville Crescent; (b) the south-east side, between the north-eastern kerbline of Clayponds Avenue and its junction with Brentwick Gardens. Chestnut Avenue, Brentford, between the south-western kerbline of Clayponds Avenue and a point 20 metres west of that kerbline. Crowther Avenue, Brentford, between the north-eastern kerbline of Clayonds Avenue and a point opposite the common boundary of No 38 Clayponds Avenue and No 1 Crowther Avenue.
