(Company No 01433686) Notice is hereby given that on 27 March 2003, a Special Resolution was passed approving a payment by the Company out of capital for the purpose of purchasing 4,000,000 of its own £1 Ordinary Shares from ALTO Danmark A/S. The amount of the permissible capital payment for the shares in question was £2,797,388. The Statutory Declaration of the Director and the Auditor’s Report, both dated 27 March 2003, are available for inspection at Bowerbank Way, Gilwilly Industrial Estate, Penrith, Cumbria CA11 9BQ, the registered office of the Company. Any Creditor of the Company may apply to the High Court, pursuant to section 176 of the Companies Act 1985, at any time within 5 weeks immediately following the date of the aforementioned Special Resolution, for an Order prohibiting the payment. 27 March 2003.
