Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, on 28 March 2003, Anglo Irish Commercial Properties (No.1) Limited transferred to The Anglo Irish UK Property Fund all of the interest held by it in Anglo Parkwood Ashdown Limited Partnership (“the Partnership”), a Limited Partnership registered in England with No LP8148, and that with effect from 28 March 2003, Anglo Irish Commercial Properties (No.1) Limited ceased to be a Limited Partner in the Partnership and The Anglo Irish UK Property Fund became a Limited Partner in the Partnership.
