ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

THE A405 TRUNK ROAD (BRICKET WOOD) (50 MILES PER HOUR SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2003

The Secretary of State for Transport hereby gives notice that he made this Order under section 84(1)(a) and (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, on 3 February 2003, coming into force on 17 February 2003, on the A405 Trunk Road in the City and District of St Albans in the county of Hertfordshire. The notice of the proposal to make it (Ref 814), was published in issue number 56557 of The London Gazette on 2 May 2002, and the effect of the Order is as described in that notice.
A copy of the made Order and of a plan illustrating the effect of the Order may be inspected, free of charge, during office hours at the offices of St Albans City and District Council, Civic Centre, St Peter’s Street, St Albans AL1 3JE, and at those of Watford Borough Council, One Stop Shop, Town Hall, Watford WD17 3EX. They may also be obtained by application to Operations Directorate, Highways Agency, Federated House, London Road, Dorking, Surrey RH4 1SZ, quoting Ref HA/405/28/3/62.
