THE BARNET (DISABLED PERSONS PARKING PLACES) (2000, NO 17) (AMENDMENT NO  ) ORDER

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Barnet propose to make this Order under sections 6 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The general nature and effect of the Order will be to provide parking bays for disabled drivers as specified in Schedule 1 and revoke the parking bays specified in Schedule 2 to this notice. A copy of the proposed Order, plans of the relevant areas and the Council’s statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order can be inspected between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive (Bank Holidays excepted), for a period of 21 days from the date on which this notice is published at: (a) Traffic Section, Room 1006, Barnet House, 1255 High Road, Whetstone, London N20 0EJ; (b) The Town Hall, The Burroughs, Hendon, London NW4 4BG.
