CONSOLIDATION ORDER
THE KENSINGTON AND CHELSEA (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (SPECIAL PARKING AREA) (AMENDMENT NO 55) ORDER 2002
Notice is hereby given that on 25 October 2002, the Council of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea made the above Order, the general effect of which will be that waiting restrictions are consolidated without change in substance in Addison Crescent, Alexander Place, Ashburn Gardens, Blantyre Street, Cheyne Walk, Cornwall Gardens Walk, Darfield Way, Elgin Mews, Fulham Road, Highlever Road, Holbein Place, Holly Mews, Kensington Church Walk, Ladbroke Road, Lots Road, Makins Street, Manresa Road, Newcombe Street, Onslow Square, Pavilion Road, Philbeach Gardens, Riley Street, Sloane Street, Stanhope Gardens, Stanhope Mews West and Wilbraham Place; loading restrictions are consolidated without change in substance in Cheyne Walk; and existing solo motor cycle bays in Cadogan Place and Hollywood Road are re-designated without change in substance, all previously designated by the provisions of The Kensington and Chelsea Waiting and Loading Restrictions) (Special Parking Area) Order 1999. There will be no effect whatsoever on the existing on-street provision, restrictions or prohibitions in the above-mentioned streets as a result of the Order being made. Copies of the Order which will come into operation on 28 October 2002, and all other relevant documents can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, until the end of 6 weeks from the date the Order was made in The Traffic Section, Room 317, The Town Hall, Hornton Street, London W8 7NX. Further information may be obtained by telephoning the Directorate of Transportation and Highways on 020 7361 2519. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within 6 weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
