THE EALING (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (SPECIAL PARKING AREA) (AMENDMENT NO 148) ORDER 2002

1. Notice is hereby given that the London Borough of Ealing Council, on 4 July 2002, made the above-mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985. 2. The general effect of the Order would be to extend the single yellow line waiting restrictions applying between the hours of 8.00 am and 6.30 pm on Monday to Fridays on the north side of Teignmouth Gardens, Perivale from the junction of Bideford Avenue to the common boundary of Nos 14 and 15 Teignmouth Gardens. 3. The Orders, which will come into force on 8 July 2002, and other doucments giving more detailed particulars of the Orders are available for inspection between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm on Monday to Fridays inclusive at Parkman Ltd., 22-24 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, London W5 2BP, until 19 August 2002. 4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order may make application for the purpose to the High Court by 19 August 2002.
