THE RICHMOND UPON THAMES WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION (SPECIAL PARKING AREA) (AMENDMENT NO 58) ORDER 2002
FIELD LANE/SPRINGFIELD ROAD, TEDDINGTON; RICHMOND HILL, RICHMOND; AND MANOR PARK/MANOR ROAD, RICHMOND

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames on 1 July 2002 made the above Order under sections 6 and 124, of and Part IV of, Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and the Road Traffic Act 1991. 2. The effects of the Order will be to: (a) introduce double yellow line waiting restrictions “No waiting at any time” at the junction of Springfield Road and Field Lane, Teddington; (b) upgrade the single yellow line restriction “No waiting 8.30 pm-6.30 am Mondays to Saturdays inclusive” to a double yellow line restriction “No waiting at any time” in front of the access road to Howsen Terrace, Richmond Hill, Richmond; and (c) introduce double yellow line restrictions “No waiting at any time” at the junction of Manor Road and Manor Park, Richmond. 3. Copies of the Order, which will come into operation on 8 July 2002 and the Council’s statement of reasons for making the Order together with plans showing the lengths of roads affected can be inspected for a period of 6 weeks from the date of this notice at: (a) Richmond Reference Library, Old Town Hall, Whittaker Avenue, Richmond, during opening hours; (b) the Teddington Branch Library, Waldergrave Road, Teddington, during opening hours; and (c) the Civic Centre (Second Floor), 44 York Street, Twickenham between 9.15 am and 5.00 pm on Mondays to Fridays. 4. Copies of the Order may be purchased from Environment, Planning and Review, Civic Centre, 44 York Street, Twickenham TW1 3BZ. 5. Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the 1984 Act, or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Orders were made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
