THE RICHMOND UPON THAMES WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION (SPECIAL PARKING AREA) (AMENDMENT NO  ) ORDER 200

ATWOOD AVENUE, HIGH PARK ROAD, NYLANDS AVENUE AND PENSFORD AVENUE, KEW

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames propose to make an Order under sections 6 and 124, of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and the Road Traffic Act 1991. 2. The general effect of the Order will be to introduce waiting restrictions “no waiting at any time” at the junctions of Atwood Avenue, High Park Road and Nylands Avenue at their junctions with Pensford Avenue, Kew. 3. Copies of the Draft Order, a plan showing the location and effects of the proposed restrictions and statement of reasons can be inspected at: (a) Richmond Reference Library, Old Town Hall, Whittaker Avenue, Richmond, during opening hours; and (b) the Civic Centre (Second Floor), 44 York Street, Twickenham TW1 3BZ, between 9.15 am and 5.00 pm on Mondays to Fridays for a period of 21 days from the date of this notice. 4. Persons wishing to object to or support the proposals or any part thereof should write to the Transport Planning Manager, Civic Centre, 44 York Street, Twickenham TW1 3BZ, within 21 days of the date of this notice giving the grounds of their objection.
