In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Liverpool District Registry.  No 0868 of 2001 In the Matter of NEOTECH SYSTEMS LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of PO Box 2007, Sutton Road, Rochford, Essex, presented on 7 December 2001 by HM Customs and Excise, Civil Recovery Team, Legal Recovery Unit, Regional Business Services (Northern), 3 NW Queens Dock, Liverpool L74 4BJ, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Liverpool District Registry, at Queen Elizabeth II Law Courts, Derby Square, Liverpool. The advertisement indicated that a Petition against the above Company was due to be heard on Monday 25 February 2002, at 10.00 am. Due to an error the Petition should not have been issued and accordingly the Petitioning Creditors will be seeking a dismissal of the Petition at the hearing on 25 February 2002.
