PROPOSED SPEED HUMPS

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Camden propose to introduce a series of speed cushions in the roads as stated below. The speed cushions will be 75 millimetres in height. A raised Zebra will be located in Swains Lane approximately 25 metres south of the southern kerbline of Chester Road. (75 millimetres raised height) The centre line of humps (speed cushions) will be located as follows: Swains Lane C1  8 metres east of eastern kerbline of Hillway C2  Opposite the boundary wall of Nos 39 and 41 C3  68 metres south of southern kerbline of Langbourne Avenue C4  8 metres south of the southern kerbline of Langbourne Avenue C5  43 metres north of the northern kerbline of Langbourne Avenue C6  10 metres north of the northern kerbline of Makepeace Avenue C7  21 metres south of the southern kerbline of Oakeshott Avenue C8  16 metres north of the northern kerbline of Oakeshott Avenue C9  60 metres north of the northern kerbline of Oakeshott Avenue St Albans Road (between Highgate Road and Brookfield Park) C10  25 metres east of the north-eastern kerbline of Highgate Road C11  2.5 metres east of the boundary wall of Nos 2 and 4 C12  Opposite the boundary wall of Nos 9 and 11 C13  Opposite the boundary wall of Nos 30 and 32 Dartmouth Park Road C14  5 metres north-east of the north-east flank wall of No 68 C15  3.5 metres south-west of the boundary wall of Nos 60 and 62 C16  7.5 metres north-east of the boundary wall of Nos 48 and 50 C17  Opposite the boundary wall of Nos 41 and 43 C18  Opposite the boundary wall of Nos 23 and 25 C19  Opposite the boundary wall of Nos 4 and 6 A plan showing the proposed speed humps may be inspected/purchased during normal office hours (9.00 am to 5.00 pm) Monday to Friday inclusive, at the Environment Reception, Fifth Floor, Camden Town Hall, Argyle Street Entrance, London WC1H 8EQ. Any representations relating to the proposal should be sent in writing and specify the grounds thereof, and address it to the Director of Environment Department, Camden Town Hall, Argyle Street, London WC1H 8EQ, to reach us by Wednesday 27 February 2002, within a period of 21 days of the date of this notice.
