(deceased) Be it known that Sandor Gyorgy Dioszeghy died on 4 August 1995 in London. In his Will dated 13 April 1994 he named his son Arpad Sandor Dioszeghy as his residuary beneficiary whose whereabouts are not known. Unless the aforesaid Arpad Sandor Dioszeghy contacts the undersigned duly consititued Attorney of the nephew of the deceased by 30 November 2001 latest, a further application will be made to the Principal Registry of the Family Division of the High Court of Justice to obtain Letters of Administration, whereafter the Estate of the Deceased will be distributed without further notice.
