Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Harrison Priddey & Co, 22 St. John Street, Bromsgrove, Worcester B61 8QY, on Monday, 23rd July 2001, at 12.30 p.m. and 12.45 p.m. respectively, in the afternoon, for the purpose of having an account laid before the Meetings showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted, and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. The following Resolution will be proposed: “That the Liquidator’s Report and Final Receipts and Payments be approved”. A person entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company. Proxies to be used at the Meetings must be lodged with the Liquidator at Harrison Priddey & Co, 22 St. John Street, Bromsgrove, Worcester B61 8QY, not later than 12 noon on Friday, 20th July 2001. D.
