A Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of voting for the approval or rejection of the following: the accounts, as presented to the Meeting, be adopted in accordance with section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, the Liquidator be granted his release under section 173(2) of the Insolvency Act 1986, and the books and records of the Company be destroyed by the Liquidator 12 months after the dissolution of the Company.
