At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at the Red Lion, Henley-on-Thames, on 30th May 2001, the subjoined Special Resolution was duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and Peter W. Engel and John W. Davies, of Solomon Hare Business Rescue, Oakfield House, Oakfield Grove, Clifton, Bristol BS8 2BN, shall and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding-up.” D.
