NOTICE OF DISCLAIMER UNDER SECTION 656 OF THE COMPANIES ACT 1985

In pursuance of the powers granted by section 656 of the Companies Act 1985, the Solicitor for the Affairs of Her Majesty’s Treasury as nominee for the Crown in whom the property and rights of Club Leisure (UK) Limited (No. 03092628) (hereinafter called “the Company”) vested, pursuant to section 654 of the Companies Act 1985, when the Company was dissolved on 3rd February 1998, pursuant to section 652 of the Companies Act 1985, hereby disclaims the Crown’s title (if any) in the premises demised by a lease dated 8th August 1996 and made between Ryan Elizabeth Holdings PLC (1) and Cablemanor Limited (2) and Club Leisure UK Limited (3) and Mr. D. Bruen, situated at Hollywood Night Club, First Floor, 18-32 London Road North, Lowestoft, Suffolk, the vesting of the premises having come to his notice on 16th March 2001.
