NOTICE OF INTENTION TO APPLY FOR ORDER FOR STOPPING-UP AND DIVERTING HIGHWAY

Notice is given that an application will be made to the Magistrates’ Court sitting at Llwynypia, on Friday, 27th April 2001, for an Order that the highways in the district of Springfield Estate, Tonyrefail, Porth, in the county of Rhonda Cynon Taff, the situations of which are indicated on the plan which may be inspected at Legal Services, Llewellyn Street, Pentre, on Mondays to Fridays between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. and are represented by the parts shown hatched, shall be stopped up as specified in the Schedule to this notice.

Schedule
1.  Hillside Road, from its junction with Heol Tyllwyd in a southerly direction and then easterly and westerly directions to its termination for a distance of 220 metres (240 yards) or thereabouts, together with associated footways.
2.  Springfield Road, from its junction with Heol Tyllwyd in a southerly and westerly direction for a distance of 195 metres (213 yards) or thereabouts, together with associated linking footways.
