Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, will be held at Allen House, 1 Westmead Road, Sutton, Surrey SM1 4LA, on 21st February 2001, at 10.15 a.m., to be followed at 10.30 a.m. by a Meeting of Creditors, for the purpose of showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and to hear any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. Members and Creditors entitled to be present and to vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxyholder or proxyholders to attend and to vote on their behalf. Proxyholders are not required to be Members or Creditors of the Company. Proxy forms to be used at the Meetings must be lodged with the Liquidator at Allen House, 1 Westmead Road, Sutton, Surrey SM1 4LA, no later than 12 noon on the business day preceding the Meetings. M.
