In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Liverpool District Registry.  No. 1218 of 2000 In the Matter of PENHELYG LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company whose registered office address is Maenofferen Buildings, 7-9 High Street, Porthmadog, Gwynedd LL49 9LR, presented on 14th November 2000 by Bethan Ogwen Rees Jones, of Penamser Farm, Porthmadog, Gwynedd LL49 9NY, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Liverpool District Registry, Queen Elizabeth II Law Courts, Derby Square, Liverpool L2 1XA, on Monday, 15th January 2001, at 10 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
