Notice is hereby given, pursuant to sections 93 and 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that an Annual General Meeting and the Final General Meeting of the above-named Company will be held concurrently at the offices of Deloitte & Touche, Queen Anne House, 69-71 Queen Square, Bristol BS1 4JP, on Wednesday, 17th January 2001, at 11 a.m., for the purposes of having an account laid before them and to receive the report of the Joint Liquidators showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Joint Liquidators. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member of the Company. P. L.
