In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Manchester District Registry.  No. 1742 of 2000 In the Matter of LEEK TOWN FOOTBALL CLUB LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Harrison Park, Macclesfield Road, Leek, Staffordshire, presented on 13th November 2000 by Shepherd Gilmour, of 4 Cherry Orchard, Ryecroft, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Manchester District Registry, 184 Deansgate, Manchester, on 8th January 2001, at 1000 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
