WATER RESOURCES ACT 1991 SCHEDULE 10 (AS AMENDED BY THE ENVIRONMENT ACT 1995)

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT FOR THE PURPOSES OF SECTION 88

Notice is given, as required by Schedule 10 of the Water Resources Act 1991, that the following application has been made to the Environment Agency, South West Region. Mr. N. Glassborow has applied for Consent to Discharge from Penyoke Farmhouse, at Cargreen, Saltash. The discharge would consist of treated sewage effluent at a rate of 1 cubic metre per day, to the River Tamar. This would replace an existing unscaled cesspit.

Details of the application are contained in the Register held by the Agency in its office at Sir John Moore House, Victoria Square, Bodmin, Cornwall PL31 1EB, and may be inspected, free of charge, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday inclusive. Any person who wishes to make representations or requires further details about the application should do so in writing to Water Quality Consenting Officer at the above address, quoting the above reference number, not later than 29th January 2001.
