Notice is hereby given that the Final General Meeting of the above Company, called under the provisions of section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, will be held at 20th Prince’s Building, Central, Hong Kong, on 15th January 2001, at 5 p.m. The Meeting is called to receive the Liquidator’s account and any explanations he may give. The following Extraordinary Resolution will be put to the Meeting: “That the Liquidators shall keep for one year the accounting records specified in section 221 Companies Act 1985, and that they be authorised then to destroy them and that all other records of the Company be destroyed immediately.” D.
