In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Leeds District Registry.  No. 2657 of 2000 In the Matter of DESIGN ACADEMY (FURNITURE) LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Lysaghts Enterprise Park, Billet Lane, Scunthorpe, South Humberside DN15 9YH, presented on 1st November 2000 by Stanley Cole (Wainfleet) Limited and BLP UK Limited, whose registered offices are both at Sandallstones Road, Kirksandall Industrial Estate, Doncaster, South Yorkshire DN3 1QR, claiming to be Creditors of the Company, but will be heard at Leeds District Registry of Leeds Combined Court, The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds, West Yorkshire LS1 3BG, on 7th December 2000, at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
