Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of Creditors will be held at the offices of Kingston Smith & Partners, 105 St. Peters Street, St. Albans, Hertfordshire AL1 3EJ, on 1st November 2000, at 10.30 a.m. for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted, of receiving any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator and of determining whether the Liquidator should have his release under section 174 of the above Act.
