In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Companies Court.  No. 005098 of 2000 In the Matter of WAYLETT CONVENIENCE STORES LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Trinity House, 3 Bullace Lane, Dartford DA1 1BB, in the county of Kent, presented on 17th August 2000 by Transaction Systems Limited whose registered office is situate at Unit 1 b, Harbour Quay, Wood Wharf, Isle of Dogs, in the county of Greater London, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on Wednesday, 4th October 2000, at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
